Under instructions from and on behalf of our clients, ___________

at _______________________________________________________ and also on
behalf of all, we have to address you as follows :
1. Our clients are the owners of the building known as ___________
_______________________________________________________.
2. As contended by you, you are the monthly tenant in respect of the
premises admeasuring _______ sq. ft. on the _____ floor of our client’s
building known as _________________________________________________
hereinafter referred to as “the said premises”. Our clients are the owner
and landlord of the said premises. You are paying monthly rent of
Rs._________/-.
3. Our clients state that under the provisions of Section 3(1)(b) of the
Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999, the premises let to you are exempted
from the protection of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999.
4. In view of the above facts and as a measure of abundant precaution, our
clients have instructed us to terminate your tenancy, which we do hereby
and call upon and require you to quit vacate and hand over quiet vacant
and peaceful possession of the said premises at the end of the calendar
month next to the current month of your tenancy in which you receive this
Notice.
5. Kindly note that if you fail and/or neglect to comply with the
requisition contained herein, our clients will be constrained to proceed
against you for recovery of possession of the said premises after the end
of the stipulated period.
6. Please further note that in case if you continue to use and occupy the
said premises after the stipulated period, you will be liable to pay mesne
profit @ Rs.____________/- for the continued use and occupation of the
said premises which will be calculated at the market rate of Rs.______/-
or thereabouts.
7. Please also note that in case you fail and/or neglect to comply with
this notice, our client will be constrained to adopt necessary legal
action for recovery of vacant possession of the said premises as well as
mesne profit for continued use and occupation thereof at market rate which
shall be entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences thereof, which
